You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided as part of our services remain the property of norvex or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to software, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary technologies.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, store, or process through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our express written permission.

Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, norvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless norvex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide you with reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
